Everything you need, all in one platform. Ten integrated apps.

Every MSOFT app is in daily use with real claims desks and integrates natively with the rest. Start with what you need on day one; enable the others when you're ready. Two apps (JetFile, IntelliLegal) are in active beta.

Beta

Predictive models for the claims desk.

Three models trained on your loss history and scored against live claim data. Severity triage ranks the open book so supervisors see the claims that need attention first. Fraud signals flag patterns worth a second look. Return-to-work forecasting sets expectations and identifies claims drifting off the recovery curve early.

  • Severity triage

Supervisor worklist ranks open claims by predicted severity with high / medium / low bands. Each score shows the drivers behind it - jurisdiction, body part, litigation status, comparable histories.

  • Fraud signals

Pattern-based scoring across claim, claimant, provider, and payment signals. Flagged claims route to SIU with the driver list attached, not a black-box red flag.

  • Return-to-work forecast

Predicted time-to-RTW per claim, calibrated to your book. Claims drifting off the expected curve surface early so a case manager can intervene while intervention still moves the number.

  • Explainable scores

No black boxes. Every score exposes its top drivers so a human can agree, disagree, or override with reasons that stay on the claim.

IntelliMail · AI

Mailroom, matched.

Every inbound scanned document runs through OCR (Azure Document Intelligence, with an on-prem GPU OCR alternative), gets classified by document type, and lands in the right claim's document tab. ClaimMail AI produces a confidence-scored match; anything below the threshold goes to a review queue.

  • Azure Document Intelligence

    Prebuilt invoice + layout models plus custom fine-tunes for HCFA-1500 (HCFA07242026Nb) and UB-04 (UB02072026N).

  • On-prem GPU OCR

Optional self-hosted OCR endpoint for customers with data-residency requirements.

  • ClaimMail auto-match

Inbound mail routed to the correct claim by matching claimant, provider, and date signals. Confidence score exposed to the reviewer.

  • Hangfire background pipeline

Batch OCR runs off the request path - the UI stays snappy while thousands of pages process.

MsoftScheduler · Workflow

The engine behind the platform.

Batch OCR runs, document filing, email delivery, report generation, and scheduled data syncs all flow through MsoftScheduler. Hangfire-backed dashboard shows what ran, what failed, and what's queued.

  • Recurring + one-shot jobs

Cron-style schedules, ad-hoc runs, and workflow chains with conditional steps.

  • IronOcr integration

Direct OCR pass on inbound documents when Azure Doc Intelligence isn't the right fit.

  • Dashboard + audit

Every job run is logged with duration, status, and failure detail. Retry from the UI.

  • Azure Blob + email delivery

Native integration with Azure Blob Storage and SMTP relay for outbound letters.

Outlook Web API · Integration

Claim capture from inside email.

A minimal REST API backing the MSOFT Outlook add-in. Adjusters search claims by keyword or email, upload attachments directly into the right claim's document tab, and add notepad entries - without switching apps.

  • Claim + incident search

Search by keyword or claimant email. Results scoped by the signed-in user's permissions.

  • Attachment upload

Multi-part upload proxied to the legacy file server (phase 1) or written direct to blob (phase 2).

  • Notepad entry

Add a diary/notepad entry from the email context, with document type auto-filled.

  • DPAPI-encrypted secrets

API keys and SMTP creds stored ENC:base64 and decrypted on the host via LocalMachine scope.

MSOFTAdhoc · Reporting

Ad-hoc BI without the license tax.

Drag-and-drop query builder with parameterized reports and Excel export. Multi-database support so ops can pull from both the operational MSOFT database and warehouse-side BI mirrors. Built on Bootstrap + DataTables + jQuery - no Kendo, no Telerik lock-in.

  • Parameterized reports

Session-scoped user context flows into stored procedures - every report respects RBAC.

  • Multi-database

Query the operational DB, DWH mirrors, or a mix. One UI, many sources.

  • Real-time Excel export

ClosedXML-powered XLSX export, no round-trip through a spreadsheet server.

  • SP-backed access

All data access goes through stored procedures. No inline SQL, no injection surface.

Beta

JetFile - CA DWC electronic filing.

.NET class library for generating DWC-compliant JET packets and parsing EAMS responses. Consumed by MsoftScheduler; enforces 32 DWC business rules end-to-end so filings don't bounce.

  • DWC packet generation

Application, Answer, DOR, C&R, Stips, Lien - all valid against DWC XSD schemas.

  • BR-01..BR-32 enforcement

Every one of the 32 DWC business rules baked into the library. No manual XML authoring.

  • OU1/OU2/OU3 response parsing

All three EAMS response envelope types deserialize into typed C# objects.

  • Multi-transaction envelopes

SubmitFormsToEAMS supports bundling multiple related filings into one submission.

Beta

MSOFT IntelliLegal - legal e-billing.

Legal-billing platform for LEDES 98-BI invoices with UTBMS code enforcement. SFTP LEDES inbox polling every 5 minutes via Hangfire. Firm-specific billing guideline review runs automatically on ingest.

  • LEDES 98-BI ingest

Automated import from law-firm SFTP drops. Timekeepers, matters, task/activity/expense codes.

  • UTBMS code catalog

Full L100–L500, A101–A111, E101–E124 catalog with billing-rule enforcement per firm and per matter.

  • Dual-surface UI + API

MVC UI for reviewers, REST API for programmatic ingest and downstream integrations.

  • Rule engine

Automated billing guideline review applies firm-specific rules on ingest. No manual re-audit needed.

CA IBR / IMR · State compliance

Two CA statutory clocks. One shared workflow.

The MSOFT platform tracks both California statutory review paths end-to-end. IBR handles provider fee-schedule disputes - 30-day filing window from the Second Bill Review decision, $195 filing fee, fee-refund tracking when CA sides with the payer. IMR handles UR treatment denials - 10 or 30-day filing window from the UR decision, $375 standard or $125 termination, paid by the claims administrator (not the injured worker).

  • Filing-window countdowns

Clocks run from the trigger date - Second Bill Review for IBR, UR decision for IMR. A deadlines-due endpoint surfaces cases about to lapse so a lead can reassign before the window closes.

  • Fee reconciliation

IBR filing fees, refunds, and CA reimbursements post back to the case. IMR fee routing enforces claims-administrator liability so nothing bills the injured worker by accident.

  • Liability guardrails

IMR blocks filings while liability is disputed outside the 90-day investigation window, so the case doesn't get filed prematurely and lose the right to a later review.

  • Authorized-rep capture

Injured-worker representative details - name, phone, relationship - stay on the IMR record for downstream correspondence and status notices.
